So You Want To Preach in Nicaragua?

I can't tell you how many times people come to me with questions about coming here to preach in Nicaragua*

No, I'm not tired about talking about it, I just realized that there is an easier more concise way of organizing the information you're going to need and want to know. So here it is:

Whether you're coming for 10 days or for a year here are some things that I learned before and after moving here. I hope these topics are helpful and if you have questions or experiences of your own please feel free to share your thoughts.

*This segment is specifically designed with Jehovah's Witnesses in mind but some of the information could be helpful to anyone spending their vacation in Nicaragua.

  1. Thank you very much for this section, it has been very helpful. I would not have seen it had you not linked it from your interview with the couple

    Gracias!

My husband and I are going to Nicaragua soon for a scouting visit. Do you mind if we email some questions?

    2. Hiya, I'm a pioneer planning on going to Nicaragua for 6 months. I have a question though....what to pack??.
I've only got 23kg and that included the suitcase. From what I've read they say to pack for 2weeks, is that correct and do you have any better suggestion's? I'll be going from June to possibly December.
      Thanks
      AJ

    3. First of all, I can't wait to run into you. (This is just that kind of place:-) Secondly, this is a great question! I started to answer you in this little 'reply' box and then two things happened: I didn't know if I should gear this question toward a brother or sister, and it got way too long. So, I'm going to create a new post with your answer, I hope you'll check it out. In the mean time, check out the What Not To Wear and Should I Bring My Laptop pages above.
